Affiliate program
Refer stores to PixelFox and earn a share of what they pay for their plan.
Any PixelFox account can be an affiliate. Open Dashboard → Affiliate and turn it on: you get a referral link straight away.
How a customer becomes yours
Your link is your site address with ?ref=<your code> on the end. Someone who arrives
through it and signs up within 60 days is counted as your referral.
- First link wins. If a visitor clicks two affiliates' links, the first one keeps the referral.
- New accounts only. An account is attributed when it signs up. One that is more than a week old, or has already paid for a plan, cannot be claimed by clicking a link.
- You cannot refer yourself.
- An account belongs to one affiliate. Only PixelFox support can move it.
What you earn
By default, 10% of each plan payment a referred customer makes, for 12 months. Your own rate and period are shown on your Affiliate page; they can be set per affiliate.
- Plan payments only. The one-time setup service and any tax are not included. A ৳2,900 plan bought together with a ৳100,000 developer integration earns 10% of ৳2,900.
- The 12 months start at the customer's first plan payment, not when they signed up. A customer who spends three months on Free and then upgrades still earns you a full year from that upgrade.
- Every payment in the period counts, including each monthly renewal.
- Your terms at the time of the referral stick. If your rate changes later, customers you already referred keep the rate they came in under unless support changes it.
When it is paid

Payouts are made by PixelFox to the payout details you enter on the Affiliate page (bank account, bKash number). Each payout pays everything payable in one currency.
Currencies are kept separate. Customers in Bangladesh pay in taka and everyone else in US dollars, so you have a balance in each. Nothing is converted.
Refunds. If a customer is refunded, the commission on that payment goes back in the same proportion. Inside the hold it simply disappears from your balance. If it had already been paid out, it shows as a negative line, and your next commissions cover it before anything more is paid.
What you can see
Your referred customers appear with a masked name, their plan, and whether they are paying. You cannot open a customer's account, sites or data.
