Pinterest Conversions API
Server-side conversions to your Pinterest ad account, matched by hashed email and click id.
Pinterest conversions arrive server-side from PixelFox, attached to your ad account, with the same deduplication discipline as every other destination.

What is sent
Purchase-shaped conversions with SHA-256-hashed email (when the event carries
one) and the click id from the landing URL (epn/gclid-style capture —
Pinterest accepts its own click parameter plus hashed identifiers). Events
with nothing to match on are skipped rather than sent unattributed.
The event uuid is sent as Pinterest's dedup key, so a browser tag firing the same id collapses the pair instead of double-counting.
